    *Module 6: Thoughts - understanding and changing your patterns, cognitive behavioral therapy basics and other thought strategies, learn to reframe, refocus, re-energize.

  • This course is NOT psychotherapy, nor should it replace the individualized care from your healthcare provider. The Mental Path Essentials will give you a clear strategy to understand your story and organized tools to supplement your current mental health journey whether or not you’re currently in therapy or under psychiatric care. I designed this course to help you gain momentum, so this will definitely help you progress faster!

  • I’m here as your course creator and facilitator =) By enrolling in this course, we’re NOT establishing a Doctor-Patient therapeutic relationship. I will not be providing psychotherapy or medical care through this course, in the Facebook Group, in any correspondence, or Q&A sessions.
